Everybody we have dealt with at the dealership has been very friendly, both before we bought the car and afterwards, at the first service. The salesman was very low pressure and cooperative. We took a test drive, took our time during the testdrive, and then left, all without anybody pushing us to buy the car. We came back, bought the car at a reasonable price, and it was delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. On the first service, the Service department was on time, and performed the job quickly. I brought my car in for a 60,00 miles service even though I only have 23,00 miles on it but it has been 5+ years since I bought it. Nobody questioned me about the service (read: treated me like I was crazy) in fact Brent understood exactly why I brought it in for service. The drivers were great and got me to and from work on time. The car is in great shape, everything checked out and Brent went over the bill with me and pointed out anything that might need service sooner rather than later. I was impressed with the service.

I feel that I can trust these people to do what needs to be done and that I am paying a fair rate for the work done. I am always treated well and my car always runs perfectly after the work is done. I want these people working on my car and my children's cars for as long as we leave in Santa Cruz. This dealership is the best I have purchased 4 new cars from them, they are always helpful in finding just what I am looking for. I purchased a new Murano on 11/18/11 and the salesman Brett financeman Scott and even the owner Jim stayed past closing to make sure I could have my car before the weekend, you don't get that kind of service any where else in Santa Cruz.
